- Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte -

  • 1 cup brewed hazelnut coffee
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Clubhouse pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tsp pure maple syrup
  1. Brew your coffee and measure out all ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and stir on medium heat until brought to a light boil.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mug and top with a pinch of cinnamon or a dollop of vegan whipped cream (if you’re feelin’ fancy)!

And with all the ingredients in your cupboard, each homemade latte should only cost about $3 – giving you a few extra dollars in your pocket. Simply heat, pour, and sip slowly!
