  • 1 large, ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ small tomato, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. In a medium bowl, use a fork or wooden spoon to mash the avocado.
  2. Add the diced veggies, lemon juice, and sea salt. Stir it up until mixed and get dippin’!
