CHOCO-CADO MOUSSE

- Chocolate Avocado Mousse -

  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • ½ cup raw cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tsp natural vanilla extract
  1. In a food processor or blender, purée the avocado until a smooth consistency.
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend until mixed.
  3. Once smooth, let the mousse chill in the fridge for a cool finish. Then garnish with your favourite toppings – like fresh, local raspberries!

With its naturally creamy avocado base and chocolate finish, you won’t believe this mousse is vegan and gluten-free. By using raw cocoa powder and vanilla extract, it has just enough sweetness to crack all those summer cravings. And since avocado is full of healthy fats, your body will thank you while you indulge.

 

Simply toss the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve it nice and cold with all your favourite toppings!
