APPLE DONUTS

- Coconut almond butter apple rounds -

  • 1 apple
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  1. Carefully cut your apple into slices about 1-2 inches thick. Slice through the core so the pieces are shaped like round discs.
  2. Use a shot glass (or any glass with a relatively small rim diameter) to remove the core. Place each slice flat on a cutting board and punch the shot glass through, separating the core from the slice. Ta da! You should have a perfect donut shape.
  3. Spread with all the almond butter your heart desires and sprinkle coconut on top for added yumminess!
